Group therapy offers a supportive and safe environment where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and challenges with others who may be facing similar struggles. This shared connection and mutual support foster personal growth, help you confront difficult truths, and provide guidance as you work toward resolving your concerns.

Group members respect each other and work to build trust and genuine connection. This kind of environment makes it possible for them to successfully address a number of issues including the following:

• Anxiety

• Depression

• Dissatisfaction with life

• Low self-esteem

• Relationship difficulties

Structure and Details

 

  • Frequency: Every other Wednesday at 7:00 PM

  • Duration: 1 hour and 45 minutes

  • Location: Life Counsel, 34-44 Tunstall Road, Brixton, SW9 8DA 

  • Price: £50 per session

  • Group Size: Up to 6 members, co-facilitated by Stathi and Georgios

  • Commitment: Minimum of 10 sessions to allow for continuity and in-depth work
